    Always remember a basic carido-vascular activity consumes so much energy. if you perform a cardio activity befire a weight training or resistance training then there is a higher chance of having muscle fatigue.

    If your primary goal is to build strength and muscle, it’s better to perform weight training first. cause in the begining you have the highest level of energy.

    If your primary goal is to improve cardiovascular endurance, you should perform cardio first and then start working out. there are many effective cardio workouts like- Jogging, Rebounding , Dancing etc.

    as guys before me says - weight first, cardio next. and do not forget to take some pre-workout shake with proteins or HMB to reduce muscle loss due longer training periods (which the weight+cardio sure is).
