    Milton Hershey is a great rags-to-riches story.

    He was a very principaled man. One day during The Great Depression, Mr. Hershey was having some work done on one of his properties. The foreman of the project told Mr. Hershey that they were using this new machine to move large amounts of earth that took the place of 40 men. Mr. Hershey quickly responded with, park the machine and go and hire 40 men.
