    Here are some ways to build fast muscles growing:
    1. Start with basic traning:- most workouts of your major body parts should start with basic, multi joint traning exercise that allow you to lift more weight ovarall.
    2. Go all in:- doing high intensity workouts is the key to building muscles. light workouts, even they are long, do not go nearly as far to produce the right conditions for your muscles to break down and rebuild. plan on doing 30 to 45 min sessions 3 to 4 times per week.
