How to wake up early?
yes my alarm always rings at 6 in morning but i dont care and i sleep again, HELP

There is a theory of body clock, a person’s or animal’s biological clock.
Jet lag is the consequence of a mismatch between our body clock and the external timing.
Now waking up early without an alarm is utterly simple.
How?
You need to figure out how many hours of sleep do you need to wake up fresh and relaxed.
Suppose you need to wake up at 6:00 AM and you need 8 hours of sleep then go to bed at 6:00 -(minus) 8 hours; that will be 10:00 pm at the day before.
By 6:00 AM the next morning your biological clock will automatically wake you up without an alarm.
But to have this proper schedule you will have to be really good at your time management.
As you need to give up on something to get something else, that matters more.
