How do you think about Vietnamese crypto community?

I can tell from most of forums, group channel, people mention most of the time that crypto community in Vietnam are scam. Is that true? I can’t pretent that I feel a bit defensive in this cirscumtance, but I would appreciate hearing people’s opinion here on this subject.
