What We Dos and Don’TS to Get Healthy and Naturally Glowing Skin?

Everyone craves for natural beautiful and healthy skin. However, the secret of healthy skin does not lie in the soap that you use. Instead, it relies upon what you eat, how much you sleep, what you apply on your skin, how much stress you take, whether you exercise or not, and the type of environment you work and live under. All of these factors are going to affect the pace of your skin aging. However, you can slow down the aging process and keep your skin healthy and glowing by eating healthy foods, following a good exercise pattern, and by using pure and natural organic skin care products.

Here are some of the dos and don’t that will help you to get soft, smooth, glowing and healthy skin.

The Golden Rule
Do: Ensure to remove your makeup every day before going to bed. It is because your skin needs to breathe overnight. Leaving them overnight will obstruct the pores which prevent them from breathing, and it can lead to blackheads and blemishes.

Don’t: You should not think that exfoliation is not essential for your skin. Make sure to exfoliate your skin at least once or twice a week.

You Are What You Eat
Do: You should be careful about what you are eating. To get healthy and glowing skin you should eat fresh fruits and vegetables, diet rich in vitamin C, an ample amount of protein and vitamins, and you should consume low fats and sugar.

Don’t: You should not consume fried, salty, spicy and fermented foods. Instead of this, you can add applesauce, oatmeal, and rice in your meals.

Beauty Sleep
Do: To keep your skin healthy and glowing, you should sleep for 8 hours every night. Your skin will get tired if you do not get proper sleep.

Don’t: Never sleep without washing and moisturizing your face. If your skin is dry, try to get milder cleansers and beware with their ingredients.

Hydrate Your Skin

Do: You should make sure to drink plenty of water or at least eight glasses regularly. Try to eat loads of fresh fruits and vegetables as it contains high water content.

Don’t: You should not neglect the rose water. It stops or diminishes eye puffiness in the morning, hydrates the skin naturally and maintains the pH balance.

Skin & Beauty

Dark-skinned people want to be fair. White-skinned people want to be tanned. Apartheid had long been gone yet racial discrimination specifically about skin and beauty still exists. Skin care and beauty products are everywhere. From head to foot, girls adorn themselves to always look fab and even better. White skin are overrated nowadays. The contentment is always in the line. While some are not bothered with whatever complexion a person has, some try hard to be more beautiful. That would mean better opportunities, self-satisfaction, and a bully-free life. We didn't choose the kind of skin that we have but we can love ourselves better by accepting our skin and beauty as part of our being unique.
