-Finally, try turning off and re-enabling iCloud to see if the notes sync properly
You can do this through the iPad’s Settings app->your iCloud account->iCloud->scroll down to the Noteshelf app and toggle the switch off and on. Please don’t do this from the iCloud settings in the app, as that will cause duplicate notebooks when you then enable iCloud again from the app (a local copy and an iCloud copy).
