Why big tyres are used in rear of a vehicle?
i always wonder why there is a difference in both the tyres sizes as well as thickness, why the back tyre looks heavy when he bike engine is in the front

Because the rear wheel must transmit the engine’s power, and the front wheels do the steering and braking. A bike with a bigger front wheel (than the rear wheel) feels sluggish when cornering.
Most if not all bikes are rear driven. And as we might all know bikes have quite powerful engines. So to put the power down effectively a lot of surface area is needed, which is gripping rubber, I am not 100% sure but I think the rear brakes on a bike are more powerful than the front brakes, here you would also need more grip to avoid fishtailing under heavy braking. Plus it looks cooler.
