Hotel Management mainly targets - Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Front Office and then comes Kitchen, which requires cooking food. Hence its not compulsory that you have to work in the kitchen area once you have joined hotel management. So, there is no need to worry about that if you don’t know cooking then you cant enter into the hospitality sector.
