    Find the reason for your stress.
    Once the cause of it is clear, try to fix it or ameliorate the situation somehow.
    But if things seem to be out of control then you can try some relaxation activities like consciously trying to be happy, sleep well, have proper food, meet people, meditate and many more similar things
