    I think the old saying stands true here, give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man tyo fish, feed him for life.
    I do believe there is truth in this, but the reality is that sub saharan countries are being exploited for their natural resources.
    It seems for there to be rich, there has to have to be poor.
