Q. Is water fasting safe to do, im considering water fasting for about 30 days?

You’re absolutely right—survival duration varies wildly depending on physical and mental strength, as well as daily exertion. I’ve seen similar things too: some people stay relatively functional for days, others hit a wall much sooner. It reminds me a bit of Escape Road—pacing yourself is everything. You can’t rush through every obstacle without planning your moves, just like you can’t fast for long without adjusting your activity levels.

Technically one can survive without any kind of food for about three weeks but I have seen people fainting just after one week. It basically depends on your physical fitness, mental determination and also the activities you do while fasting. You might need to limit your daily physical activity to keep you going for a longer number of days. I wouldn’t say if it is entirely safe, as food is what keeps us functioning.
