    whilst everyone seems to want to moan about you and not answer the question, i wil answer it as you have asked it, as supllements are suplemntary and assume the diet is nailed already!

    the best SUPPLEMENTS that are simple, effective and wont break the bank, are;

    (in no particular order)
    - caffeine
    - sodium and potasium
    - fast release carbs for intra workout
    - whey powder - can be use pre, intra and post workout
    - creatine

    the list can be huge for addtional over the top, but these are simpel effective and affordable items
