There should not be any punishment less than death for those who are found guilty of rape. They should be punished as harshly as possible to bring rape to an end.

    Without doubt YES!
    No one has the right to perform such a shallow thing.
    A rapist should and must be hanged till that and I would also agree to a punishment even worse than death.
    Rape is not a crime it is a sin so the reprehensible person should be punishment as strictly as possible to bring such incidents to an end.

Every deed done may not be correct, thus we have laws. Human is the noblest creation of god yet there is need of law to save the victims from others of the same kind. A country has a legal set of regulation that the citizens are obliged to follow. The ideology beneath the purpose to protect the innocent and provide justice, works on fear of penalties. The system of rules imposes the punishment in accordance to the crime. “More law, less justice”.
