if you want the best in the meaning of price, then you will probably choose some sh.. not so good coffee in every other parameters. also if you mean best as simplier to make etc, then you will choose some “nescafe” or other instant drinks, that do not have much common with drink you coul call “coffee”.
if you are seeking the real coffee, then i can clearly say that you will need to find the real beans, not-milled, not some instant drink, but pure and nice roasted coffee beans. you must then find out the right preparation rpocess - milling and extracting. there are many - from classic espresso and moka, to newer filtered methods as hario v60, chemex, or special preparations as in vacuum pot, or aeropress etc.
as of coffee itself - there is also not enough informations to give you some advice - all depends on your taste preferences. for example if you like the bitter coffee taste, then you could seek some arabica+robusta blend, or pure robusta, darker roast, or lower altitude grown, dry processed arabica kinds (if you prefer more tastes than “just bitterness). if you want to get totally different experience, then high altitude grown, wet-processed 100% arabica with lighter roast (city or city+) if what you will seek (and here you can find coffee that has almost no bitterness and is has a nice fruid tones with some level of acidity).
also the date of the roast has a very huge impact, the coffee roasted more than 1 month ago already lost big portion of arome and taste.
so - question - what is the better coffee, has no simple answer. it all depends on what you seek.
btw: at last time i personally preffer higher altitude brazilian semi-dry processed and city+ roasted coffee. low bitterness, beautiful nuts taste and aroma it is really gentle and tasty. prepared in hario v 60 or french press.
