To keep yourself fit & active you must be sticking to an effective workout routine and maintain a healthy diet. Stting up a fitness goal and doing it with cosistency is the hardest thing about being fit. It’s really a problem for those who have a busy schedule and has limited access to healthy foods. Te other factors including - Lack of motivation, Past injuries, Lack of time etc.

    So, what should you do?
    1. Create a healthy & balanced diet plan. A diet must be a combination of Carbs, Protein and Fat.
    2. Be consistent. It’s okay to working out less but you must do it regularly. there are so many home-workouts that requires less space like - Push-ups, Plank, Rebounding, Core etc.
    3. Fix your sleep. Sleep is an important factor for both physical and mental well-being.

The hardest problem being fit is to maintain that fitness. in today’s over polluted world it’s not easy to maintain a hardcore fit physic. you must head into the gym with consistancy. maintaining a healthy diet is also a challange for maximum people. a healthy diet is as neccesery as weight lifting or any type of physical activity. after doing a hardcore workout session your body needs a recovery session as well. a powerful recovery session will help you to reduce anxiety or any type of muscle pull. that’s why athletes focuses on recovery as well as workout routine. there are many recovery techniques used to recover your body like - sauna, float pod therapy etc. you can visit Recovery rooms if you are willing to keep your body as fit as possible!

Not necessarily the hardest thing, but the most annoying thing is the “Fit Shaming.” People will assume that you don’t have a job, life etc. just because you are able to find the time to work out. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym either, which is also another assumption that people can’t grasp. regular exercise gives you more energy and bring a healthy life.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy and testing the limits of what your body can do, yet people will go out of their way to try to make you feel guilty about it. The most challenging part in being fit is being conscious about the food, to be specific about what to eat and what not to eat. For both, willing to gain and lose weight, exercise alone can make no difference. One must have a suitable, healthy and balanced diet. healthy balanced diet provides fit body. healthy balance diet contain many items like deeply green vegetables, plant protein supplements, meats and egg, other healthy foods, etc.

It is also necessary to be aware of their own body, as to how the body reacts to different kinds of food.

WAITING is the hardest thing most people dont like. People want their body to grow as fast as possible and they end up taking protien powders and steroids which are good as well as harmful if taken in improper way. Fitness if a thing which gets better by time.

The hardest thing in my experience with being fit is trying to pack on mass.

I know that everyone probably thinks “why would you even want to pack on more weight to your body?” Well allow me to tell you why I believe this is such a burden.
So everyday now I gorge myself on any food I can cook or find. I spend a majority of my paycheck on food to just try and keep the weight I have on. I have sacrificed so much time, energy, and money to feed my body. I eat almost 5 meals per day, even when i am not hungry. And I dare not skip a meal for fear I will lose a couple pounds by the next morning. Even when I do eat all those meals, sometimes I still lose weight.

Health and Fitness

Fitness training is in for your body goals. Nutrition hubs offer you dietary guides for a healthier lifestyle. You go through self-discipline. No cheats. Everybody wants this as they say “Health is wealth.”
While some are on a strict diet, there are also a number of people whose imagination is as rich the foods they eat every day; imagining themselves in a Scarlet Johansson or a Channing Tatum body in front of the vanity mirror. Ironically, at the end of the day, they flood your feeds with #foodporn #foodgasm and complain over their fats piling up. Have a well-balanced diet and activities instead of a rich imagination without an act. Health is to fitness as fitness is to health. They’re two inseparable things that go well with lifestyle.
