Honestly, I never took too much care of my teeth because I never had any issue with them. My mother brushes them twice a day, sometimes even after food, yet she used to have so many problems. About a month ago, I had a dream about my teeth falling out. It scared me like nothing before! Since then, I am trying to brush my teeth at least before sleep. I read that teeth falling out dream good luck but still, I hate these dreams. I always believed since my childhood that these dreams mean bad luck.

Like I said, my mother had problems with teeth, even though she took too much care of them. The thing is she is diabetic, so I believe that illness and your vitality plays an important role in dental health. You can take as much care as you want but if you are sick, problems with teeth are inevitable.
