    A proper workout day list has been follow no matter which workout is on which day but a list has been follow proper
    If you doing biceps on monday then u should keep triceps om wednesday

    push - chest, shoulders, triceps,
    pull - back, biceps, traps,
    legs - self explantory

    worked brilliantly for me. get a lot of volume done in a week.
