    I have not but I have seen this happening a lot.
    Language is one of the initial yardstick on which we humans are judged.
    Most of the people are very much inconsiderate about the fact that making fun of someone because of their accent is not very noble thing to do.
    If the other person is not much familiar with your language and doesn’t know it well then there’s a high possibility that he knows some other language that you might not know at all.
    Insulting someone because of their flaws or inefficiency is a very shallow thing to do.
