    Because you will have to type the codes all the time so it will save your time and energy if you are good at typing.

    It certainly would be ideal but I mean if one does programming I’d imagine they get automatically more efficient in typing. As when you type casually you’ll still get more efficient at typing.

Just put it in a simpler sense that decoding something you dont understand is like being a JAVA man who is trying to improve his life with an insufficient knowledge about how things work. The scope of programming is as huge as a Python. You may hear the term Java Script but its not the letters and written words of a Java man.
