Does computer starts lagging in high temperature?

Usually the temperature here is 32 degree celcius and my system runs fine, but in days of summer the temperature touches at 45 degree celcius, and my pc’s temperature increases too, will it affect its internal system or its just normal for a PC to become hot?

    heat is simply the enemy of computation, the hotter they get, the more unstable, slow and inaccurate they get
