    All real estate is local and all real estate laws are local in the sense of being governed by the state law of the state where the property is located. If your house is located in an “attorney” state, adding a real estate lawyer עורך דין מקרקעין to your team is both necessary and prudent. You’re going to have to have one anyway, so you might as well get her or him on the team early. If the house you want to sell is in one of the majority “non-lawyer” states, you might need a real estate lawyer at some point if things get complicated, but there is no rush.

Every deed done may not be correct, thus we have laws. Human is the noblest creation of god yet there is need of law to save the victims from others of the same kind. A country has a legal set of regulation that the citizens are obliged to follow. The ideology beneath the purpose to protect the innocent and provide justice, works on fear of penalties. The system of rules imposes the punishment in accordance to the crime. “More law, less justice”.
