I will choose a mixed balance of both.
None of them independently would suffice.

depends on how much more money we are talking about, I bet I can do most jobs I hate for a big lump of money added to the income

In times like these, you need to be pratical. I would choose a job that I don’t like but can earn you more money. I have patience to perservere and when I have saved up enough money from the job that I hate, I will create my own job that I think will give me satisfaction and happiness in the long run.

I will problably take the job where i can eanr more money and will invest it in somthing that can make me money in the future without so much work. Even the best jobs will in time come boring, repetitive and the fun that was at beginning start to disappear - so i think the fun/likeness of the job can play some role, but it is highly overrated.

What many do not bring in mind is that you can burn very easily (in terms of months), especially if you like the job you will tend to work more hours (and that is the direct way to burning). And the choose between burning with little of money vs probably not-burning with few money - i think it is clear.

btw: liking or not liking the job is in some part just your choice - you can be janitor and really loves your job, and you can be wallstreet shark and really hate your job. it is more about the relationships in the team and good manager that can pass the vision to team, than on tne job itself.

I will take a job with less money but I like it.
Money can be earned from other source but how can I spend the most of my time with a job that I dont like.

I can bargain with money but not with mmost of my viable time.

Blue vs White Off to a job fair, self-evaluating whether you're capable of doing any jobs in the queue. Get a good education then land on a better job. A tough competition is ahead of you whether you work online or in an office.
Blue and white collar jobs are in. Fairly well for the skilled and the think tanks. You're maybe one of the enthusiast waiting for your turn to succeed in your passion. You may need to be skilled or to have Master's degree to be more qualified. But, sometimes it doesn't work that way. Sometimes, you don't need to find a job; create it.
