    You can be maybe 80-90% sure, but never 100% sure (look at Zuckerberg for example - common guy in flip flops, old t-shirt and jeans .. .will you tell he is one of the wealthiest person on earth if you did not know him?). Recently there was some study that tells iPhone can be some indicator at the +/-65% rate that if person have it, it is probably “wealthy” (means top 25% in income at US), so some attempts are there, but as i said, you cant be 100% sure.
