Stage fear is the outcome of low self-esteem and lack of confidence.
Move the focus from yourself and your fright to your actual purpose
Do not think about what might go wrong. Instead, focus on thoughts that are calming and reassuring.
Practice ways to calm and relax your mind and body, such as deep breathing, relaxation exercises, yoga, and meditation.
Visualize your success: Always focus on your strength and ability to handle challenging situations.
Prepare your material in advance and perform it in front of your family or friends.
Make connections with your audience: interacting body language will help to connect with the audience
Stand or sit in a self-assured, confident posture. Remain warm and open and make eye contact.
Give up trying to be perfect and know that it is OK to make mistakes. Be natural, be yourself.
Trying all this will definitely solve your issue all you need to do is believe in yourself and give your best.

Talent

Talents and skills. Take note of the conjunction "and". Can you be talented without skills? Can you be skilled without talents? What's exactly the difference between the two? To name few talents, you say: singing, dancing, painting, or drawing. And for skills, you say: gymnastics, designing, cooking, or carpentry. Have you ever asked yourself about which is more important? Being talented or being skilled?
Talent is your ability to do something well. Skill is the ability you acquire from training or experiences. While talents come out naturally even without training's or experiences, skill is needs hard-work. It makes sense for you to evaluate yourself at the moment. Are you skilled or talented?
