Is it possible to work more than 12 hours daily? How?

Work is a major part of our life.
A day consists of 24 hours and we need to sleep around 7-8 hours daily.
So, subtracting that we are left with 16-17 hours to do all we need to.

    Yes it is!
    It is said that a person can function well with 8 hours of sleep daily.
    So, if you can confine the eating, bathing, chilling in 4 hours + 8 hours of sleep then you can definitely have 12 productive hours daily.
