Being healthy and fit in simple terms mean taking good care of the body. we should remember that a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. good health of mind and body helps one maintain the requied energy level to achieve the goal in your life. in particular, many of us will gain more weight for our current life style and may keep the extra weight permanently. which may carries considerable health risk and other health problem.
here i’d like to share some tips to keep healthy:
1. keeping track of your body weight on a daily or weekly basis will help you see what you’r losing or gaining fat.
2. limit unhealthy foods and eat healthy meals.
3. take some mulitivitamin supplements.
4. drink plenty of water everyday and stay hydrated.
5. exercise regularly and be physicaly active.
6. get enough good sleep.
7. find ways to manage your emotions.
