Where/how to find brokers for business deal(not selling/buying a business)?

We are looking for a business deal broker. To elaborate a little, we want an ‘import authorization letter’ from a Toronto-based beauty company for becoming their vendor in India. They are not really looking for expansion plus ours is not an established business yet so it’s a tough nut to crack. So we need contact of some influential brokers with strong connections in Toronto who could make business deals happen.
