Reset Microsoft Authenticator?

I recently got a Microsoft account from my school. I was planning to set this. I did, but unfortunately I accidentally removed Microsoft Authenticator from my iPhone. There is no backup to restore. Every time you try to log in to your new account on your computer, you will be prompted to “accept the request on your device” or “write code from your device”. This is obviously not possible because I removed the app. I’m very frustrated and don’t know what to do. Can I get a new QR code on my PC and reestablish my account with Authenticator? Or do I have to do something else follow the link to please tell how to Reset Microsoft Authenticator?
