How much does Turkish Airlines charge as a cancellation fee?
According to Turkish Airlines cancellation fee rules, the customers holding a Business Restricted fare ticket and canceling it will be expected to pay $400 as a cancellation fee. However, the customers who have purchased a Flexible Fare ticket and canceled it will not be expected to pay any cancellation charges.
The major features of Turkish Airlines cancellation fee rules are as per the following:
Assuming the customer cancels the ticket inside 1 to 12 hours of the planned departure of the flight then Turkish Airlines will charge approximately 40% of the total booking value. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account solely after deducting the cancellation fee along with the percentage rate of the booking
Turkish Airlines will charge 20% of the total booking value when the customer cancels the ticket 12 hours before the planned departure of the flight. The refund amount will be given solely after deducting the cancellation fee as well as the percentage rate of the booking
If the cancellation of P, U, V, W, and F fare types is finished by the customer then he/she will not be qualified for any compensation or refund
