Unable to open your Bigpond emails? Let’s help you find a solution!

People nowadays have been facing an issue opening their Bigpond emails and here we are to tell you what the actual problem exists…

The thing that is happening with the BigPond emails platform is that it has been or will be shuttered with the new service called Telstra mail Which will replace @Bigpond.com with @Telstra.com soon.

If you wish to retrieve old emails from the big pond account follow the steps below:
Log in to telstrawebmail in the browser.
Select the Trash folder.
Click on the check box of the email you want to retrieve.
Click on More.
Click on Move To.
Finally, move it to Inbox.
If you are unable to send or receive emails, it might be an issue related to the email server settings.

If you want to operate it from multiple devices make sure to set the settings on IMAP.

Note: it is important to know that both the platforms are all the same and it’s your choice which one you want to promote or work with.

And at last, try to restart your device as it may be the reason that your emails have gotten stuck and restarting will reset things and get it working again. Also make sure to correctly set up your email settings as sometimes while updating your phone changes your email account settings to default which might cause an issue.
