What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your ticket 24 hours of the booking to avoid the cancellation charge. If you cancel your ticket beyond the window of 24 hours, some cancellation charges may get deducted from the refund amount.

If the refund is not given, the passengers get travel vouchers equal to the amount of tickets for future travel. You will get vouchers for non-refundable or partially used flight tickets.
