According to the Latam Airlines Refund Policy, if the passengers are eligible to get a refund amount, they will get the refund to their bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
The refund rules will be directly valid for the refundable or non-refundable ticket holders.
If the flight ticket is cancelled by Latam Airlines due to any reason then, the passenger will receive a 100 per cent refund.
If the passengers cancel the flight ticket due to special cases or emergency such as military order, serious health issue, judicial order relative death or other things, the airline provide the full refund amount, but the passenger will need to submit the relevant document.
According to the Latam Airlines Refund Policy, if the passenger’s flight is overbooked and they are denied boarding, the airline will not charge any cancellation fees and even the airline delivers flight cancelled compensation around USD 700 per person.
Latam refund policy differs depending on the expense technique used during booking. If a credit card was used, refunds are usually processed within seven days.
