Need help understanding WoS charges?

I am new to research publishing and really confused about journal charges for Web of Science. I don’t know what fees are required or when I need to pay them. Online explanations are hard for me to understand as a beginner. People keep mentioning web of science publication fees, but I don’t know what is normal or fair. If anyone can explain this in simple words or share experience, it would help me a lot.
