Common social problems like rape and drug addiction are prevalent wherever you go. Suspects go unpunished while the victims suffer trauma and shame for life – all because even rapists and drug addicts have their rights to live (not to mention) but do the same thing over and over.

Laws are laws and no one should disobey nor be ignorant in it. The one who violates should be given punishments according to the extent of the violation done. If being behind bars call for it, face it. If death, be it. All these should be done in due process. For victims, of rape for example, there should be a program that shall give psychiatric assitance to hep them cope with life.

I always thought about what rules would I set if I was ruling my country, the one rule I always come back to is:
you are free to do anything you want, as long as it does not harm anybody or obstruct their freedom.
that’s the extend of human rights we shall give to everybody, and anybody whom doesn’t respect this rule shall be stripped from their right.
I’d say let people use drugs, as long as they’re not harming anybody. family and neighbures included.
I’d say prostitution should be legal, as long as it’s kept clean, it should cut down the number of rapes, obviously the rapists can’t get their dose ofsex in a normal way.
apply this rule to any other crime and it should remedy most cases. usually crime is a side effect of unfair ristrictions.answered by kiaazad
