Is it possible to develope a phobia by thinking about something?

I often think about whats the worse way to die and always ended up choosing being traped in a tight space where I can’t use my arms and legs to find a way out.
a while ago while watching a video about mining I noticed I can’t bear to watch anymore because there’s rocks above and he is digging under something that can collaps at any time. I noticed the same feeling whenever I watch somebody going into a tight cave or well.
did I develope a phobia just by thinking about it?

I believe that what we think greatly affects how we behave and how we react over something. However, as per a recent study’s conclusion, there are phobias that can be passed through genes like the excessive fear of some animals. You may need to ask your parents about it. I maybe right and I maybe wrong in this. You may also need an expert for this.
