Binaural beats are a combination of two tones at slightly different frequencies. One tone is presented and heard by one ear while the second tone is presented and heard by the other ear. They essentially are two separate tones that when played on a stereo headset produce a third tone but do so internally within the brain. Binaural beats were discovered in 1839 by a German experimenter, H. The human ability to “hear” binaural beats appears to be the result of evolutionary adaptation. Binaural beats and isochronic tones are the most common forms of audio stimuli used specifically for changing brain frequencies. Cultivate Personal Growth through Meditation

It is quite difficult to explain what meditation is because it is a matter of experience than of explanation. To meditate is to set your brain free and let it run wherever it wants, don’t restrict your thoughts. In the beginning, it could be tough to sit and not do anything but later on, you will realize that you are able to get a hold of your thoughts and your mental activity. For beginners, it will be boring and unrelatable but with time I guarantee meditation will bring a lot of peace in your life.
