    It will be like incorporating any other habit.
    You would need a schedule for investing an equal amount of time on a daily basis to make it a habit.
    The other most important element is your determination and consistency.
    You might do it for a day or two and then leave it that is not how a habit is incorporated; it will take a lot of mental strength and dedication.
    Also, make sure that you are doing it the right way in the right place and position because only then it will have some impact otherwise it is useless.
