Many EDI consultants enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with working on a contract basis. This allows them to choose their own projects, set their own schedules, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Consultants may also have the option to work remotely link, providing even greater flexibility.

I honestly think that if any new emerging technology should be feared, it should be bioengineer and recent breakthroughs we’ve made in the field of biological computation.
Essentially we’re like 20 years away from having the technological capability to cure every disease known to man; while on the other hand being able to artificially engineer a super disease that isn’t just capable of wiping us all out, but also capable of selecting who gets sick.
When we worry about doomday scenarios with regards to the technological advancement we are making, we aren’t worrying about the good guys unintentionally creating a tool we naively thought we could control. Rather we worry about how long it takes for bad guys to take something that is generally a great thing for humanity, and twist it into something that will be used for evil.
I should point out that with the discovery of electricity, the electric chair was essentially one of the first thing a bad guy thought to use it for. With the discovery of nuclear power, a bomb was the essentially the first thing a bad guy thought to use it for. It wasn’t long after the invention of cars and airplanes, that the bad guys figured out how to use them for war. It was long after somebody invented the spear to help them hunt for food, that a bad guy figured out that it also helped reduce the competition.
I think labeling AI as leading up to “one thing” or a “singularity” is extremely misleading on what the future truly has in store. If we ever invent a truly Generalized self improving AI that is far beyond our intellectual capacity, I don’t see why we should ever believe it would be destined for evil. Frankly all of the evil we ever do and experience is strictly motivated by our intellectual immaturity and emotional insecurity. A super intelligence would presumably be above all notions of ego as it applies to one’s sense of morality.
