    It definitely is. Gyming is more likely suitable for younger people and for the older people who have been into fitness since their younger days. Yoga is much better for elderly keeping in mind the injuries that might happen while gyming. Also, Gyming demands a lot in terms in nutrition (more protein, more fats, vitamins and minerals) whereas a normal healthy diet is completely fine for Yoga.
