    There is no success or failure in meditation instead, it is about the mental and physical benefits that meditation entails.
    It has to be a regular practice that can lead you to self-awareness.
    So, for the ones that think that meditation will start showing signs in a day or two then that’s not going to happen.
    Meditation strengthens the brain and brings clarity to the thought processes.

    no, tried many times, sometimes i felt light after meditating, but cannot go into the extreme stage of meditation where you have all your concentration on one point
