I’ve never had to brush my teeth at the dentist, and is that even a thing? I get that the use of Dental Instruments at the dentist is there, but since when did people start brushing their teeth at the dentist too? That really doesn’t make sense to me.

Brushing your teeth at the dentist is not essential, I think. A few of my colleagues at دندانپزشکی اطفال در مشهد agree with me, and we are working at the clinic. Is there anyone who disagrees with me?

I think once in 6 months is fine. This is the routine i usually follow. In my experience, too frequent dental cleanups are totally unnecessary and a waste of money.
