High dosage Vitamin C?
A right dose of Vitamin C IV therapy is recommended for patients by doctors at the right intervals. It is both effective and safe.

Hello! Picked up a bag to see what the hype was about, and the first thing that stood out was the taste — pretty good compared to most shakes. Mixed it with almond milk and a banana, and it kept me full for a while. Checked shakeology reviews before buying, and a lot of people mention the high price, which I get. It’s decent for a meal replacement, but blending it with extra stuff makes it more satisfying. Might not be for everyone, but it works if you need something quick and don’t mind the cost.

Meal replacement shakes always promise big results, but most of them just taste like chalk. Been thinking about trying Shakeology, but not sure if it’s worth the price. Some say it helps with energy and cravings, others say it’s just expensive protein powder. Checked some Shakeology reviews, but looking for real feedback—does it actually make a difference?
