Yes it is. exercising is a healthy habit if you can do this consistently. if you’re fit physically then it will improve your mental health as well. as our body and mind is connected, working on either side will also benefit the other side. according to studies people who exercise regularly ( weight lifting or basic stretching) tend to live longer than those who don’t. so scientifically it’s also proven that exercising increases your life span.

Here are the best exercises you can do:

    1. Push-ups.
    2. Pull-ups.
    3. Resistence training.
    4. Swimming.
    5. Cycling.
    6. Rebounding.
    7. Calisthenics and so on.

1 Hour of exercise or more each week increased life expectancy by about 6 to 7 years over those who didn’t do regular moderate exercise. But also add outdoor exercise as it is more important.

Yes, it will. Just don’t overdo it: walk or cycle instead of taking a car, take the stairs instead of the elevator, make an evening walk with your wife/husband, etc. It’s all about moving a lot instead of moving a few times a week with high intension.

sure, it’s all about how fit you are when something happens to you, how well your body can handle a disease, can you run away from a bear better than your friend and can you beat the guy pulling a knife on you.

Health and Fitness

Fitness training is in for your body goals. Nutrition hubs offer you dietary guides for a healthier lifestyle. You go through self-discipline. No cheats. Everybody wants this as they say “Health is wealth.”
While some are on a strict diet, there are also a number of people whose imagination is as rich the foods they eat every day; imagining themselves in a Scarlet Johansson or a Channing Tatum body in front of the vanity mirror. Ironically, at the end of the day, they flood your feeds with #foodporn #foodgasm and complain over their fats piling up. Have a well-balanced diet and activities instead of a rich imagination without an act. Health is to fitness as fitness is to health. They’re two inseparable things that go well with lifestyle.
