User needs to add tags while posting a question. It is suggested that user should use relative tags with respect to Category of the question.

You can start typing tags, if it is available user can select from it otherwise user can add own tags. User needs to hit Enter Key while creating own tags.

Tags with grey background are manually added by users. Tags with Blue background are approved by the platform content moderators.
