How to report content?

Content can be reported by clicking the more option in the top right corner in the card. Below is an illustration.

Select the respective reason of reporting the content. You can also select 'other' option if you didn't find any relative reason and would like to write your own reason.

How to report profile?

User profile can be reported if found posting unethical comments, answers or questions which are against the terms. Below is an illustration of reporting a profile.
